Self-Collection

For all customers including dealers and non-dealers.

  • Self-Collection for your orders is available.
  • For online orders, select “Pickup From Store” from delivery options during checkout, then select preferred store to pick up from.

  • To collect orders made via message / call / email, please inform the sales assistant who handles your order.
  • An email / call will be given to set the date and time of collection.
  • Your order will ONLY be available for pickup at the store within the period stated in your Invoice E-Mail Notification.
  • Present your invoice (hard copy / screenshot) to cashier counter upon pickup / collection.
  • Any questions about your order, please email to support@chuansenghin.com; or call us at 03-8961 8977 / 78 / 79 during our office hours (8.00am – 5.00pm, Monday – Friday).
  • We are closed on public holidays and replacement public holidays.
Self-Collection Instructions
  • Hard copy or screenshot of invoice is required for pickup to be done and completed.
  • Pickup from store requires a few days for processing, no instant pickup available.
  • Self-collection can only be done within the notified period.
  • Please call our customer service if there is a change of collection time.
  • If you would like to appoint another person to collect on your behalf, we reserve the right to reject collection by the unauthorised person if any of the following criteria is not fulfilled:
    • Buyer to provide authorised person’s name (as per MYKAD) and IC number at the “add comment ” column before checkout
    • Buyer may also notify us via email / call (support@chuansenghin.com / 03-8961 8977 / 78 / 79)
    • The authorised person needs to bring along the hard copy or screenshot of invoice and present it together with their MYKAD for verification to collect the product(s).
Local Delivery

For dealers.

  • Local delivery service (Klang Valley) by our own lorry is available for dealers who have registered business accounts with us. You may register here.
  • For areas outside Klang Valley and throughout Malaysia, we provide delivery services to dealers via appointed transport or courier companies.
  • Dealers are entitled to free delivery or discounted shipping if a minimum amount is spent. This minimum spend is only applicable after discounts have been applied.
  • Order cut-off time: all orders are produced and delivered on a first-in-first out basis (unless special requests are received and agreed upon by our team.)
    • For order received before 3.00pm (Monday – Friday), orders will be delivered on the next working day.
    • For orders received after 3.00pm (Monday – Friday), orders will usually be processed on the following day and will be delivered after.
    • If you have made a purchase after 3.00pm and would like us to deliver it the next day, please call us at 03-8961 8977 / 78 / 79 and we will try to assist you the best we possibly can. However, this is subjected to our operational availability.
    • If the delivery date falls on a Malaysian Public Holiday or company day off, the order will be delivered on the following working day.
3rd-Party Courier

For non-dealers.

  • We provide delivery services via courier companies e.g. Skynet, Poslaju, etc. for all online orders and cash orders made by non-dealers.
  • The shipping fee rate will be calculated based on weight, size, and area stated by individual courier company.
  • Order cut-off time: all orders are produced and delivered on a first-in-first out basis (unless special requests are received and agreed upon by our team.)
    • For order received before 3.00pm (Monday – Friday), orders will be delivered on the next working day.
    • For orders received after 3.00pm (Monday – Friday), orders will usually be processed on the following day and will be delivered after.
