Exchange or Return Policy
We accept any CSH item for return or exchange as long as the item purchased is in a good condition, unused, unaltered, and undamaged in any way.
The exchange or return must be done within 14 days from the date of purchase. Postage in the event of a return is to be borne by the shopper.
The exchange or return must be sent to the following address along with the proof of purchase:

43300 Seri Kembangan,
Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
Any return or exchange without the proof of purchase will not be entertained.
Upon returning your purchased item to us, please email us at support@chuansenghin.com with the following information:

3) Reason for Return / Exchange
CSH has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.
Refund
A refund will be given to the shopper once our Customer Service Personnel has inspected and accepted the returned item.
Please provide your nominated bank account number and full name as per identity card to facilitate the refund.
Please allow between 5 – 15 working days for us to process your refund.
